Here is how to cut up a peeler crab in 30 seconds.  Get yourself a pair of bait scissors, it make it a lot easier.

Afterwards we bait up and fish for rockfish in the surf.  This is the spring run of rock which happens along the Virginia barrier islands every May.

Its just around the corner!
